Submit Your Film to Grindhouse

GRINDHOUSE — Non-Exclusive Streaming License Agreement (Indie Creator · Israel Territory) — Version 1.0 · May 2026 Between: Grindhouse, operated by Naftali Hizkiya, Israel ("Grindhouse"/"Platform"/"we") And: [Creator Full Legal Name / Company], of [Country] ("Licensor"/"you") Effective Date: [Date of acceptance] 1. FILMS LICENSED — The film(s) listed in this submission. 2. GRANT OF RIGHTS — You grant Grindhouse a non-exclusive license to stream the Film(s) by subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) to viewers physically located in the State of Israel only ("Territory"), via grindhouse.live, for the Term. Reserved Rights: You retain every right not expressly granted — all theatrical, broadcast, transactional, festival, and streaming rights outside Israel, and on every other platform inside Israel. This license is not exclusive in any market. 3. TERM & TERMINATION — 12 months from the Effective Date, auto-renewing for additional 12-month periods unless either party gives 30 days' written notice (email sufficient) before renewal. Either party may terminate immediately for an uncured material breach (14 days to cure after written notice). On termination, Grindhouse takes the Film(s) offline within 7 business days; earned but unpaid revenue is paid in the next cycle. 4. REVENUE SHARE — 70/30 IN YOUR FAVOR — Subscription model ($9.99/month per subscriber). Step 1: At month-end, total subscription revenue minus payment-processing fees (~5%) = Net Revenue. Step 2: 70% of Net Revenue goes into the Creator Pool; Grindhouse retains 30% for hosting, subtitling, marketing, operations. Step 3: Your monthly payout = (Views of your Film(s) ÷ Total Views across all films) × Creator Pool. A "View" = one click of "Watch Now" by an authenticated subscriber during their active subscription month. You earn only if your Film is viewed. Zero views = zero payment. Track views and earnings in real time at grindhouse.live/creator/login. 5. PAYMENTS — Currency USD. Method: Wise transfer to the bank account or Wise balance you provide. Schedule: within 15 days of the end of each calendar month. Minimum threshold: USD 30 (balances below roll over). No payment due if zero views; no minimum guarantee. 6. DELIVERABLES (from you) — Within 14 days of signing: (1) Master video file (MP4 or MOV, 1080p preferred); (2) English subtitle file (.srt) for our Hebrew localization; (3) Poster art (high-res JPG/PNG); (4) Synopsis. Delivery via Google Drive / WeTransfer / Dropbox link. 7. LOCALIZATION (from us, at no cost) — Grindhouse produces Hebrew subtitles at our sole expense. They remain Grindhouse's property; on termination you receive a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them anywhere else. 8. MARKETING RIGHTS — You grant Grindhouse the right to use stills, trailer, poster, synopsis, and your name/likeness to promote the Film(s) and the Platform. All marketing materials credit you accurately. 9. GEOGRAPHIC ENFORCEMENT — Grindhouse restricts playback to viewers in Israel using IP geolocation, with commercially reasonable geo-blocking. 10. YOUR REPRESENTATIONS — You own or control all rights necessary to grant this license in the Territory; the Film(s) infringe no third-party rights; all music, footage, and contributors are cleared for streaming in Israel; you will indemnify Grindhouse against third-party claims arising from breach of the above. 11. OUR REPRESENTATIONS — Grindhouse has authority to enter this Agreement; will operate with commercially reasonable care; will report views and earnings transparently and pay on schedule; will treat your work with professional respect (no edits, no ads inserted inside the Film). 12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the greater of (a) USD 500 or (b) total amounts paid or payable under this Agreement during the 12 months preceding the claim. 13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION — Governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Good-faith resolution by email/video call before any formal proceeding. Exclusive jurisdiction: the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel. 14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & AMENDMENTS — This is the entire agreement. Amendments require written email consent from both parties. 15. EXECUTION — This Agreement is executed when you check "I AGREE" and submit, providing the signature line: "I AGREE — [Your Full Legal Name], [Country], [Today's Date]". Email-based electronic execution is binding under Israel's Electronic Signature Law 5761-2001, the U.S. E-SIGN Act 2000, and EU eIDAS.
